Terms of use and returns

1. Website use

By using the website, you acknowledge these terms. Text, photos and design materials are protected by law and may not be copied for commercial use without Artelie’s written consent. Use that disrupts the website or harms security is prohibited.

2. Products, prices and availability

Key product details and the selling price are shown on the product page. Screen settings may cause slight color differences. If a technical pricing or stock error is found, we will contact the customer before confirming the order.

3. Orders and payment

Adding an item to the basket does not reserve it. An order is accepted after contact and payment steps are completed and availability is confirmed. Payment is made through the methods offered on the website.

4. Delivery

The delivery address, cost and estimated timing are agreed during the order. Please check packaging, quantity and visible defects on receipt and report discrepancies immediately.

5. Exchange and return of goods in proper condition

Unless the seller provides a longer period, a consumer may request exchange of a non-food item for a similar item of another size, form, color or configuration within 14 days from delivery. If no suitable item is available, a return may be requested as provided by law.

• The product must be unused
• Consumer properties and saleable appearance must be preserved
• Seals, labels and the full set must be preserved
• Information confirming the purchase and its terms should be provided
• Exceptions required by law apply to goods whose exchange or return is restricted

6. Defective products

If an undisclosed defect is found, the consumer may exercise the remedies provided by law, including exchange, price reduction, repair or termination of the contract. Order details, a description and photos help us review the request quickly.

7. Installed or used products

Before wallpaper is hung or laminate is installed, check the product code, color, batch, quantity and visible defects. Requests after use or installation are assessed individually according to the product, cause of the defect and applicable law. Statutory rights for defective goods are not limited.

8. Return procedure

• Contact us with the order number and reason
• Provide the complete product at the agreed address
• After inspection, we will inform you about exchange or refund
• Approved refunds are made through the original payment method where possible
• Responsibility for delivery costs depends on the reason and applicable law

9. Liability and changes

The rights and obligations of the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. These terms may be updated when services or law change; the current version is published here.
